Paul Ryan heading to Georgia’s 6th District

Paul Ryan is coming to Georgia.

You know Paul Ryan … remember the one?

Representative Paul Ryan … Speaker of the House…?

… the very same Paul Ryan who, after certain comments by Donald J. Trump came to light in which Trump said things like:

Donald J. Trump: You know and …

Unknown: She used to be great. She’s still very beautiful.

Trump: I moved on her, actually. You know, she was down on Palm Beach. I moved on her, and I failed. I’ll admit it.

Unknown: Whoa.

Trump: I did try and fuck her. She was married.

Unknown: That’s huge news.

Trump: No, no, Nancy. No, this was [unintelligible] — and I moved on her very heavily…

And things like:

I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there, and she was married.

Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got the big, phony tits and everything. She’s totally changed her look.

[The men spot Arianne Zucker waiting for them outside the bus]

Bush: Sheesh, your girl’s hot as shit. In the purple.

Trump: Whoa! Yes! Whoa!

Unknown: Yes! The Donald has scored. Whoa, my man!

Trump: Look at you. You are a pussy.

[crosstalk as the bus doors open and close – Trump is still on the bus]

Trump: Maybe it’s a different one.

Bush: It better not be the publicist. No, it’s her. It’s —

Trump: Yeah, that’s her. With the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful – I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait.

And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything.

Bush: Whatever you want.

Trump: Grab them by the p****. You can do anything.

You remember.

We’re talking about Paul Ryan – the Paul Ryan who, after those comments came to light, announced on October 10, 2016 that he could no longer defend Trump.

You know, Paul Ryan.

But remember we are talking about the same Paul Ryan who, a mere 34 days later, when confronted with the delicate matter that Trump had just named as chief adviser a well-known white supremacist by the name of Steve Bannon …

… a hiring decision, it’s worth noting, that [f]ormer Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke [commended] as ‘EXCELLENT….

So when that happened, Paul Ryan…

…yes! That same Paul Ryan who had declared just one month earlier that he could no longer support Donald Trump…

…when that Paul Ryan was asked to address the small detail that a known Nazi (or alt-right leader… whatever) was now occupying a position in the White House, Paul Ryan…

…in a shocking display of utter cowardice, an undeniable betrayal of his complete lack of integrity, and in total abdication of his responsibility to the American people under Article I…

responded simply by saying:

“I have no concerns.

I trust Donald’s judgment.”

Yes. That Paul Ryan!

That Paul Ryan is coming to Georgia.

To campaign for Karen Handel.

Strength in Numbers

A recent Fox News poll showing that only 37% of Americans approve of Trump, is an important reminder:

We are the majority.

As long as everyone does their job, we will be fine.

1. Show Trump to be the liar he is.

He is a proven liar.

But don’t stop at just calling him one.

Highlight his lies – disprove his words at every opportunity.

2. Participate in your government.

You must get into the habit of calling your elected representatives.

They must FEEL the collective weight of our presence.

Do not expect them to be guided by their own conscience.

Consider integrity in Washington now to be obsolete.

3. Stay the course.

Apathy and demoralization are the hidden enemies.

You will get tired, you may feel defeated… If so, recharge.

And then re-commit.

Remember: It will be hard fought, but victory will come.
